I’m currently the Director of Design at Modern Health, a company changing the way the world receives mental health care. With over 10 years of experience, I’m passionate about storytelling, setting product vision, and leading teams to create impactful user experiences. I’ve worked with companies shaping the future of healthcare, education, and social impact through technology.
My approach to product design is rooted in the principles of human-centered design and builds on systems thinking practices.
Synthesis
When designing products and brands within complex, dynamic ecosystems like healthcare or education, I find it’s critical to explore the whole and the parts at the same time. In practice, I help untangle research findings into tangible design solutions.

As a designer, I strive to question deeply and aim to uncover what’s not obvious. I approach design challenges with a people, community, and planet lens to recognize the relationships surrounding a product, service, or experience to improve it.
Interconnectedness
When designing products, adaptive design systems, or creating tools to expand design capabilities for teams, I search for ways to connect the details back to the bigger vision. In my work, I often use creative storytelling to support and inspire design decisions.
